Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Overseas Shipping & Couriers
MGI does not ship overseas and we do not ship to couriers. MGI only ships directly to licensed medical facilities. If you are purchasing products from MGI for shipment to a courier, MGI is not responsible for the handling of your package once it has reached the courier.
